Wow. I actually DO want to know how to achieve that style. Just a pick comb, aquanet, and a curler, right?
Now that I look closer, I remember that jean jacket, too. It was acid-washed and you WORE that thing out!
It's all in the layering. It helps to apply a little hairspray before curling too.
I think I divided my bangs into two or three layers, and curled each layer under with curling iron. Spray before using your pick, and fan those bangs baby! You may need to touch up with your curling iron again, using over and under curls. Good luck!
